Terms of service

By using makni.cz, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Privacy policy

This FitPub instance is operated by Oscloud from the Czech Republic. Your data is stored on a server in the EU (Germany, Netcup GmbH).

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: account information (username, email), uploaded activity files (FIT/GPX), and associated metadata.

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties.

Federation and data sharing

FitPub uses the ActivityPub protocol. When you publish a public activity, it may be shared with and processed by other federated servers. Activities set to "private" or "followers-only" are not federated.

Content moderation

We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or illegal content. Violations may result in account suspension.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To request account deletion and removal of all associated data, contact zdenek@zkreml.cz.
